We now keep sheep, a herd of Hungarian Mangalitza pigs, prized for their delicious slow growing meat ideal for charcuterie, a fold of Highland Cattle, and Water Buffalo. We only ever use our homegrown meat, guaranteeing perfect provenance in every bite.
We run a supper club, and hold seasonal feasts at various venues throughout the year, including in our farm barn.
In June, we will open Y Gegin, a 6,000 ft food hall in the old market building in Pembroke Dock. The venue will showcase the best chefs and produce Pembrokeshire has to offer.
We cater lots of festival style weddings across Wales, and will be offering all inclusive celebrations at the new Y Gegin venue Drop us a line if you'd like to see some menus, and to meet for a chat.
